HOW ARE COMPANIES NOMINATED?

There are 16 different categories in which companies can be nominated and compete for an award. To participate, a company can nominate itself and/or its products and services in up to three different categories. Click here to reach the Nomination Form. Companies and/or their products and services are also nominated by the TAtech Board of Advisors, a committee of industry executives who assist in the governance of the Association.

WHO PICKS THE WINNERS?

A Selection Committee composed of analysts and SMEs with deep expertise in the talent acquisition technology industry selects both the Award Finalists (the top 2-3 Nominees in each category) and the Winners of each year’s ReSIs. To ensure a fair and objective competition, the names of the Selection Committee members are not revealed until the Winners are announced.

WHEN & HOW ARE THE WINNERS ANNOUNCED?

The worldwide ReSIs competition culminates in an Awards Ceremony and trophy presentation that would make the Oscars drool. It is held each year as an integral part of the program to which all attendees are invited at TAtechNorthAmerica, located in Austin Texas USA on Sept 24-26, 2019.

WHAT’S THE SCHEDULE?

  • The ReSI Nomination period will close at midnight on June 1, 2019.
  • The Award Finalists will be announced by TAtech on August 1, 2019.
  • The Award Winners will be announced by TAtech at the ReSIs Awards Ceremony during TAtechNorthAmerica, September 24-26, 2019 in Austin.
