Fuel50 Raises $15.5 Million in Series B to Increase Global Footprint and Talent Marketplace Technology

With the new funds in place, Fuel50 will be increasing its presence across the US, EMEA, and Australasia, while accelerating product innovation to include deep analytics and talent intelligence. Phenom Receives $100 Million Investment, Looks Toward Recovery

Phenom announced a $100 million Series D round, which the company will use to further develop its Talent Experience Management platform. The round was led by B Capital Group with participation from Dragoneer Investment Group, OMERS Growth Equity and GoldenArc Capital. Phenom’s platform uses AI to automate a number of administrative tasks and personalize the user experience for pretty much all participants in talent acquisition including recruiters, candidates, employees and hiring managers. The platform was used by 25,000 recruiters, talent marketers and hiring managers in 2020 to hire more than 2 million candidates and engage over 3 million employees.

Dice Adds Candidate Profile, Launches Career Marketplace

Dice enhanced its candidate profile feature with an eye toward helping candidates market themselves by highlighting their skills and experience and increasing their visibility to recruiters and employers. Combined with the job board’s recently released Recruiter Profiles and Instant Messaging tools, the revamped profiles create a career marketplace that facilitates connections between tech candidates and employers, the company said. As it has with other recent product announcements, Dice emphasized its ability to connect candidates and tech employers through its new capabilities. “Dice’s career marketplace is designed to help employers and recruiters build credibility and trust with top tech talent in order to make their next great hire,” said Christian Dwyer, chief product officer of Dice parent company DHI Group.

InfoMart Introduces Candidate’s ‘Digital Wallet’ for Work Credentials

Background screening firm InfoMart launched Career Wallet, an app that operates on the principles applied to smart wallets when they’re used for retail purchases. With it, users can use their mobile device to compile, verify and share information such as employment history, education qualifications, online courses and skills training. After users build their profile, InfoMart verifies their credentials. Consumers then manage their own data, deciding what information to share and with whom during a job search. Employers can access credentials through the app or an API.

OutMatch Launches Single ‘Hiring Experience Stack’

OutMatch combined capabilities in assessments, video interviews and reference checking to deliver what the company calls a more “humanized” hiring experience through its new Hiring Experience Stack. The Stack can be layered onto any company’s existing ATS to let candidates advance their application through the Dallas hiring platform’s workflow. Candidates can also showcase their soft skills using its recorded video interview tools. From the employer’s point of view, the stack allows recruiters to create assessments that can capture necessary data without compromising the job seeker’s experience. It also automates reference checking and provides recruiters with a wider view of candidate data and a more precise measure of the hiring experience’s impact.

Crosschq Raises $13M to Pioneer Data-Driven Hiring for the Modern Enterprise
