I’ve been working with HR-, recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for more than a decade and I’ve been meeting with hundreds and hundreds of companies and business leaders. I’ve found that talent sourcing, recruitment and people business is on top of every executive’s list, and most companies are really struggling with attracting, recruiting, keeping and developing talent. Therefore, I’ve always felt a great passion for the job that I was doing, helping these companies with something that was really crucial for the growth and success of their business.
