Jennifer Baker is Director of ASAE Business Services, Inc (ABSI), the wholly-owned for profit subsidiary of ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership. The mission of ABSI is to be the trusted source for essential business services for associations and nonprofits and provide support for ASAE’s efforts to promote excellence in association management. One of the business lines ABSI manages for ASAE is ASAE CareerHQ.org. Jennifer directs this business line with a focus on supporting the talent management needs of associations and association career management needs of job seekers. ASAE CareerHQ.org has been an active TAtech member for six years. A native of Virginia, Baker received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and her Masters in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential in 2005.
