As Executive Director for Disability Solutions, Julie works with federal contractors to assess outreach, hiring, and retention systems and policies in a company that impact the organization’s ability to successfully engage/retain qualified jobseekers w/ disabilities.
The Disability Solutions team, including Julie, work with corporate leaders to build and implement, national to local hiring initiatives. Julie’s current focus is working with the leadership of Pepsi Beverages Company in the implementation of Pepsi ACT (Achieving Change Together), a national engagement to increase recruitment, hiring, and retention in the company’s workforce.
Julie’s experience in both the public, private, and compliance vendor environments gives her a unique perspective on the jobseeker to employee lifecycle. She uses this experience to focus on mapping barriers, and gaps in the talent engagement process, including within the ATS and RPO vendor infrastructure. This analysis allows for strategic and tactical development of affirmative hiring initiatives that engage jobseekers w/ disabilities.
