I am the CEO and co-founder of an employee referral platform, Real Links. We work with a range of high profile clients including Lloyds Pharmacy. Real Links is an online platform which optimises employee referrals for companies by auto matching the best candidates in employees' networks to jobs and making referral recommendations. We support diversity by anonymising all of the personal details for referral candidates to prevent any unconscious bias. The platform also has, among many other features, gamification (i.e. a referee leaderboard) to reward employees with prizes they care about for contributing to the referral scheme which boosts engagement. The platform provides transparency for HR teams and employees on the referral process and we have an analytics dashboard so companies have a clear picture on ROI. We integrate with all major ATS providers, white label the platform to company branding.
