Despite the proliferation of Recruitment Marketing titles in TA departments, and the number of products billed as Recruitment Marketing Platforms, very few organizations have fundamentally changed their approach to talent acquisition. Text-only job descriptions are still the most prevalent job ads, processes are still run for the convenience of the hiring manager, and candidates are still left with an experience that leaves them disappointed, discouraged, and often angry. There is a lot of opportunity to shift the focus.
