Why We Do What We Do

Founded in 2007, TAtech is the Network for Talent Technology Solutions. It is an always-on resource for the companies that build, sell and invest in talent technology worldwide.

The industry keeps changing shape. Categories that stood on their own ten years ago now overlap, and new companies build in the seams between them. What every member has in common is the problem underneath the product, which is connecting employers and job seekers efficiently. The tools change constantly. The problem does not.

How We Deliver It

The Network is made up of a conference series, a channel and a community.

Conference Series

In-person events designed for company CEOs, senior executives and rising stars in the talent technology industry. They come for two reasons: to hear from the people setting direction in this market, and to sit across the table from the companies they want to do business with. The agenda is built so they never have to choose. Dedicated meeting hours in the TAtech Deal Center sit between stage sessions. Anyone not in a meeting is in a moderated discussion with peers and competitors, which is often where the most useful intelligence surfaces.

Channel

TAtech Live is the industry’s channel. Roundtables, interviews and presentations, live and unscripted, with founders and operators. Sessions stay up, and we distribute them to the Network and to the industry at large. A session keeps working for the featured company long after the air date.

TAtech Business NewZ is the industry’s weekly read. A curated summary of the funding, deals and product news that actually moved the sector, edited for the people selling talent technology rather than the people buying it. The companies making the NewZ are often the ones we feature on TAtech Live.

We connect both peers and competitors by design, year-round.
